Invisible Children Global Night Commute no comments
I don’t know how many of you have heard of the invisible children, but if you haven’t, you should go to this website to find out more:
. Basically, there are children in Uganda and other countries in Africa that are having to travel by night in fear of being murdered in their own homes. I have something interesting that I think you all might be interested in participating in if you would like to help. There will be a Global Night commute April 29th in Franklin, TN and other cities across the U.S. which will be similar to those of the invisible children. The Sudanese Lost Boys are considering camping out at Washington, D.C. People all over are coming together to stop these wars that are causing the children to leave their own homes at night. If you all want to join with the so far 34,000 others, visit this link to sign up for the walk: . This would be an amazing thing to be a part of, and we can make a difference. I hope this is encouraging, and if you’d like to know more, you can e-mail me, Daniel Hudgins, at hudginsdj@lipscomb.edu. May God bless you all, and have a great day!
